Rachel* of Santa Clarita is 54, single and a mother of two independent adults. "They're out of the house, grown and gone!" she jokes when talking about her kids. "I'm dating, I take care of myself and I feel fabulous," is how she describes her life.

But it wasn't always that way, unfortunately. "For a long time, I did not feel good about my body or myself. You know that flap of skin and fat that hangs over on your stomach after you have kids?
