Forget the traditional folding chair. We have three different types of chiavari chairs in house that brides go nuts over. Even more coveted is the lounge furniture. The look is so cool, and the selection so huge, that lounge seating often becomes the must-have "splurge."

Luxe Linens
As for linens, budget- but style-conscious brides are opting for to-the-floor table linens in a solid color (We have 37 to choose from.). They then top them with smaller, designer cloths in unique patterns (Zebra!) and fabrics. These exclusive fabrics are also used to punch up the catering display and serve as general decor. Draperies are also "in." More sheer, tall and elegant than in the past, draperies are the ultimate backdrop.

Lighting
Carnival lights (think: clear-globe bulbs) are gaining in popularity, often draped from a patio to a tree. Combined with trees and bushes wrapped in twinkling strands, the look is bright and festive. Chinese lanterns are also trending high now and are celebrated for both their cultural impact and their big boost of style.

Discounts
Every couple is on the lookout for a deal. Companies like ours offer early-reservation price incentives, website wedding specials and Facebook/Twitter tips. Don't forget, though, that a discount is only a "bonus" when all goes well. Stick to well-respected companies with reputations for excellent customer service. A $50 discount means little if your tables are three hours late!
