Earlier this year, data was released by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that detailed the rise in male plastic surgery procedures. The overall conclusion was that male procedures had risen 43 percent in the past five years. This conclusion was widely discussed by media outlets and plastic surgery experts like the doctors at Beverly Hills Physicians (249-4040). Moreover, BHP doctors also observed that a larger-than-normal percentage of their male patients had requested rhinoplasty procedures, compared to the average for female patients. Further examination of the ASAPS data confirms this observation. While men only accounted for 9.7 percent of all plastic surgery procedures performed in 2014, they made up 22.4 percent of all rhinoplasty patients.

It Looks Youthful: Although our bones typically stop growing in our late teens or early twenties, the cartilage in peoples' noses and ears never stops growing as long as we live.
