Due to the pandemic, many meetings are on Zoom, Facetime or another form of video call. Here are a few beauty tips so you feel comfortable and confident on video.
First, start with good skincare. Try a DIY facial scrub or sheet mask, or head to the kitchen for a tried-and-true mix of oatmeal and yogurt. Don't forget to apply a hydrating moisturizer over freshly-clean skin.
Although the cameras over Facetime and Zoom are HD, they do tend to "wash you out." Use blush on the apples of your cheeks to bring back warmth and color. Add a little highlight to give you more of a glow. Try contouring your cheekbones and jawline to give your face more definition.
Mascara makes everyone's eyes look brighter and more awake. Consider a colored mascara like blue or green to have a little fun - but you can never go wrong with classic black. To open and brighten the eye, add a touch of a highlighting color to the inner corner of your eye.
To create a commanding presence, add a bold lip color, like red or dark pink.

Varicose or Spider Veins? You have Options

Microphlebectomy
A procedure using local anesthesia that removes varicose veins from the body through small incisions made in the skin near the affected vein. Because the incisions are so small, stitches are not typically required.
Sclerotherapy
A procedure used to treat spider veins and smaller veins. During the procedure, a sclerosant solution is injected into the veins with a fine needle. In time, the vein will close off and disappear from view.
Radiofrequency ablation
Used to treat larger incompetent veins that are located in the superficial part of the legs. This technique involves the use of a thin needle and catheter with local anesthesia. This catheter is threaded into the incompetent vein and used to deliver radiofrequency energy. This energy heats the walls of the vein, forcing them to collapse and seal.
