4. You might win something, like a chance to keep more of your money. Raffles for goodies ranging from flowers to gowns are common, but you are even likelier to walk away with exclusive discounts and offers from show vendors.

5. Your wedding plans can be made in a day (or a year). Couples can quite literally walk into a bridal show and leave two hours later with little left to do but purchase a honeymoon bikini. Just bring a wedding date and a checkbook. But there's no pressure; it's good to attend a show even if your "big day" is far away. Make your contacts now and start narrowing down your "likes" from your "dislikes" so you're all set when the time comes.
