Local Biz Named Finalist for Limo Operator of the Year

Exclusive Sedan Service, owned and operated by Santa Clarita Valley residents Ron and Brandan Stein, has been named one of three finalists in the one to 10 vehicle category for Limousine and Chauffeured Transportation (LCT) Magazine's Operator of the Year Award. Winners will be announced on February 27 at the annual International LCT Show in Las Vegas.

The Operator of the Year Award honors chauffeured transportation operators who have excelled in the management of their companies and have made significant contributions to the betterment of the industry. In order to qualify, nominees must be responsible for both operational and financial aspects of their business. Nominees must be in a management position in the limousine industry for at least five years and be recognized by their peers for their unique abilities and accomplishments.

Exclusive Sedan Service has been in business for 25 years, retains some very high-profile accounts and provides all forms of transportation in any city nationwide as well as in many international cities. The company's vehicles range from luxury sedans and SUV limousines to chartered aircraft.

Local Dentist Honored

Valencia dentist Joel S. Miller, DMD of Northbridge Dental has recently received the prestigious title of "Master of the Academy of General Dentistry." Of the 26,000 licensed dentists in California, only 110 have achieved the status of "Master." Mastership is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the dental profession. To accomplish this, Dr. Miller completed over 1,100 hours of continuing education in the 16 disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques.
