Choosing the Right Bankcard Partner
Since card-based transactions are a significant portion of revenue for many businesses, here are a few tips to consider when contemplating a switch:

1 Consider how the majority of your customers choose to pay - "in person"
transactions are generally less expensive than transactions accepted via the internet
or phone.

2 Take the time to identify all costs - both fixed and variable - associated with your
card-based payments. Remember to include items such as your merchant processing
equipment.

3 Request a detailed cost comparison based on a minimum of three months of
your most current processing statements, remembering to factor in seasonal activity
fluctuations.

4 What time of day are your settlement cut-offs and how quickly will you receive
funding?

5 What is your contractual obligation? If you are dissatisfied with the service or pricing,
is there a penalty related to ending the contract early?

6 Know the Customer Service Standards: When something goes wrong, who is there to
help you correct the issue?

Mission Valley Bank has a division dedicated to providing clients with superior card processing. Contact David Lee, merchant bankcard manager, at 818-397-5593 or

What You should Do After an Injury Accident
After suffering injuries in any type of accident, it is immediately important to obtain the medical help that you need to remain healthy or to be nursed back to health. Your health and survival should be your main priority. Immediately after receiving medical attention, you, or a family member, are strongly advised to consult with a Santa Clarita personal injury lawyer to find out if you are eligible to file a personal injury claim.

By working with your personal injury attorney, you can determine fault and negligence in the accident. If another party was entirely at fault for the accident, leaving you absolutely no fault for the damages, you are most likely eligible to file a claim. However, insurance companies can be sneaky, and they may try to convince you otherwise or that you are not eligible for a claim. Only speak to an insurer if you have your lawyer present.
