with a Limo or Luxury Vehicle
Riding in a limousine can be an exciting experience and a memorable part of any special occasion. However, as a passenger in these luxury vehicles, it can be difficult to know what your rights are, or even what proper safety protocol is for a passenger. Understanding these things is critical when an accident occurs and you, the passenger, are harmed because of another's negligence.

While most people do not associate limousines with taxis, trains, buses or even airplanes, they are "common carriers" just like these other vehicles. This means that limos are subject to a standard of safety that needs to be provided by the limousine companies and their drivers. These considerations, however, are often disregarded in the limousine industry, putting passengers at risk.

Limousine accidents commonly involve:
• Removed or unavailable safety belts/features
• Overcrowding in the cabin
• Limo driver negligence (speeding, aggressive driving, etc.)
• Lack of driver training
