Celebrate China - City of Santa Clarita Hosts Celebrate "China"
A unique cultural experience, Celebrate brings the history and traditions of people and places from around the world to the Canyon Country Community Center every second Friday through September. Grab a bite to eat from the on-site food trucks, gather around the outdoor stage to watch performers share their culture through music and dance and get to know other places - and countries - a little better through arts, crafts and activities. River Cleanup & Environmental Expo - City of Santa Clarita Hosts 28th River Cleanup & Environmental Expo held at the Newhall Community Center, this family-friendly community event is an opportunity for Santa Clarita volunteers of all ages to help clean up a portion of the Santa Clara River, one of the last natural, free-flowing river systems in Southern California. Participants are encouraged to carpool, walk, ride public transportation or bike to the event site. A free bike valet will be provided.

The Gods of Comedy - Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig creates some of his funniest work in "The Gods of Comedy." What happens when you accidentally call on ancient Greek gods of comedy to get you out of a mess? For professor Daphne Rain, the first surprise is that the gods show up. The Ivy League will never be the same after a pair of screwball deities encounter the carnal complexity of college coeds, campus capers and conspicuous consumption!
