St. Francis Dam Tour - Tour of the site of one of California's worst natural disasters, the failure of the St. Francis Dam. More than 450 people died in the flood caused by the dam break that happened just before midnight, March 12, 1928. Learn about this historic event and visit the sites in San Francisquito Canyon where disaster struck with tragic consequences. Participants will hear stories from experts on the disaster and embark on a bus trip to the site for a hike around the ruins.
