Celebrate with Marston's "Best Brunch in the Southland" & New Dinner Selections
Marston's Valencia was recently voted "Best Brunch" in the Los Angeles Times' 2022 "The Best of the Southland" regional poll. Voted "Best Breakfast in California" by The Food Network Magazine, Marston's has also been recognized as number one for breakfast on Zagat.
Their breakfast menu is so popular that Chef Jim cracks 7,200 eggs per week and serves up 8,000 pieces of French toast per month. Marston's Fantastic French Toast is famous for its sourdough dipped in vanilla egg batter and rolled in corn flakes. Add The Works to top it with fresh berries, candied pecans and whipped cream. It's so popular that this dish is served all day and available as a dinner entree. Speaking of dinner, Chef Jim curates a menu that hits all the high notes for flavor. Along with classic favorites like Marston's signature Crab Cakes, new appetizer additions include Crispy Goat Cheese Beignets served with Honey Lavender Dipping Sauce and Crispy Rosemary Smashed Potatoes with Truffle Aioli.
