"Celebrate" Cultures, Customs & Culinary Wonders in Canyon Country
"Celebrate" is a new event series hosted by the City of Santa Clarita at the brand-new Canyon Country Community Center. This series celebrates cultures, customs and culinary wonders from around the world with events taking place from 6pm to 9pm on the first Friday of every month, April through September.
Attendees will be treated to music, dance, food, art and educational experiences for a new culture each month, celebrating the diversity of Santa Clarita and the world around us.
This year's featured themes are:
April 1 Polynesian Islands
May 6 Santa Clarita's Sister Cities (Sariaya, Philippines & Tena, Ecuador)
June 3 India
July 1 Greece
August 5 The Caribbean
September 2 Mexico
