Celebrate Valentine's at Marston
Nothing compares to a perfectly prepared meal and the romantic vibe of Marston's when celebrating with the one you love. And since Valentine's Day is on a Monday this year, there's even greater occasion to dine and enjoy through the extended weekend. Look for Chef Jim to add Valentine's specials to the regular menu Friday through Sunday. Then prepare for more than a few piece de resistance on Monday as Chef curates a select dinner menu. Start with Smoked Tenderloin of Beef Bruschetta with Chimichurri and Micro Arugula as an appetizer or order Goat Cheese Beignets with Lavender Honey Dipping Sauce or Marston's Almost-Famous Crab Cakes with Chipotle Aioli, among other selections. Soup of the night features French Onion Soup with Garlic Crouton and Swiss Cheese. Entree choices include Grilled Winter Veggie Rigatoni, Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Wild Mushroom & Chicken Linguine, Pistachio Crusted Salmon, Blue-Nose Sea Bass, Sea Scallops and Tiger Shrimp Kabob, Pork Prime Rib, Braised Beef Short Ribs, or NY Striploin and Lobster Tail. Reservations are required; seating is limited.
