Brewery Draconum
There's something new brewing in Old Town Newhall! Brewery Draconum is a family-owned and operated brewpub that started with a vision to create a new-style social, dining, recreational experience centered around the world of craft beer.

With 20 taps that feature anywhere from eight to 12 original house brews - each with a fresh, distinct flavor profile - and a constant rotation of regional guest beers including sours and ciders, as well as a variety of wine selections, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The menu consists of a variety of elevated pub-style dishes, many infused with Draconum brews in order to carry the unique flavors into the food. In keeping with the craft concept, they feature a variety of homemade items and fresh organic produce - they even make their own potato chips.

This Old Town gathering place also offers recreational games inside and out in the traditional community-style beer garden, which has two bocce ball lanes and cornhole. And they feature live music every Thursday night.
