3 Must-have Meals in March
March, 2025 - Issue #238

As a community, we have to get much more intentional about supporting our locally-owned and operated restaurants that add delicious culinary diversity and economic support to Santa Clarita. Each month, we're making a list of must-try menus and meals - and we hope you join us in voting with your fork and lifting up our SCV businesses.

1 The "Wow" Honey Chipotle Glazed King Salmon at Old Town Junction
OTJ's craveable sweet-and-spicy Honey chipotle glazed Ora King Salmon is served over a bed of crispy Yukon potatoes and topped with roasted corn and apricot relish. A recent dining companion called this dish, "their new favorite," and we think it'll be yours, too.

2 A Taste of the Tropics at Q&Q
With a menu as affordable as it is authentic, you've got to try at Q&Q Hawaiian BBQ. You'll find truly-Hawaiian flavors like Crab Rangoon, Hawaiian BBQ Beef, Island Caesar Salad, Chicken Katsu, Mahi Mahi, Spicy Beef/Chicken/Shrimp Curries and more on the menu, with most accompanied by Hawaiian barbecue classic sides like macaroni salad and steamed rice. Feed the whole crew with wallet-friendly family-size options!

3 Wolf Creek's New Sweet Chili Shrimp Tacos are the Talk of the Town
When, "Have you tried them yet?" is the excited question asked by local foodies, you know you need to head in fast. Wolf Creek's new Sweet Chili Shrimp Tacos are lightly crisped and tossed in sweet chili aioli, topped with fresh cabbage, chipotle cream and mango pico - and are getting lots of recommendations via local SCV food sites.
