Legacy's Explorers Camp is a recreational and enrichment camp experience that helps your child not only have fun but also learn new skills taught by warm, loving, knowledgeable teachers. A sampling of the camp offerings are here - but call for the full line up!
Italian Cooking Learn basic skills of cooking and authentic beginner Italian dishes with Mrs. Daugereau, who grew up in Italy and now shares her passion for teaching Italian cooking to her students.
Arts & Crafts Kids will create art through the lens of classic and modern children's literature while exploring authors like Shel Silverstein, Maurice Sendak and more.
Mechanical Engineering Students will build a professional class 3D printer and print designs in a variety of materials including plastics, metal alloys and wood composites.
Embroidery Divided into two sessions, students will learn all the basics of hand embroidery as they explore all the creative opportunities of this traditional art form.
Art Camp Younger kids will get messy with modeling clay, acrylic canvas painting, watercolor techniques and more while older students will explore digital art, illustration and animation.
Soccer Camp Sharpen your child's soccer skills while having tons of fun!

The programs will closely reflect their traditional counterparts while providing a format that is accessible to professionals around the world.
John Beck, dean of the university's School of Business and Communication, is excited about the opportunities these new online offerings will bring.
"Our students are facing unprecedented challenges in their careers and lives. These challenges require us to provide flexible, career-enhancing instruction from a biblical worldview. In each of these new programs, we have provided a solid biblical foundation with the flexibility of an online format. Our purpose is to equip marketplace ministers to represent Christ with excellence in their professions and lives," he said.
Over the past year, TMU Online has served more than 900 students in 44 states and 22 countries. The program focuses on serving adult learners who are outside of the traditional college demographic but who are committed to pursuing a biblically-based, Christ-centered education.
Speaking on the importance of TMU Online's programs, President Abner Chou says, "Our online programs afford us the opportunity to reach those who could never come to our campus. These people can now be equipped to go to the ends of the earth and make their stand for Christ and Scripture."

How to Fish at Castaic Lake's Annual Event
On Saturday, May 7, Kids Fishing & Fun Day will be held at Castaic Upper Lake Main Launch Ramp. Children ages 15 and younger are invited to learn how to fish in a net containment area supervised by experienced anglers. Kids can catch up to two fish and are provided free lunch as well as use of rods, reels and bait, plus a chance to win raffle prizes and giveaways.
