Nest is a free program for teens and adults that offers an hour of mindful, judgement-free art making. Mindfulness practices, both in meditation and in art, can help our ability to regulate our feelings, decrease stress and focus our attention. No art expertise is needed; a project suggestion will be given, but is not required.
