Support the 19th Annual Jacob Anthony Zamora Sporting Clay Memorial Shoot
On November 19 at Oaktree Gun Club, help raise funds for our community's CHP Explorer Program, local scholarships for SCV high school students and support for families coping with tragedies through the Jacob Zamora Memorial Foundation. In Jacob Zamora's short but remarkable life, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and dreamed of becoming a CHP officer. His family and friends are grateful for your support in helping dedicated students achieve their goals. In the last decade, the organization has awarded over $70,000 in college scholarships to SCV high school seniors.

"From the moment we walked through the door of Santa Clarita School of Performing Arts, we felt at home. Still, I was a little skeptical at first due to my lack of industry knowledge. I decided to take a leap of faith, though, because I was curious to see where this journey would lead. A week after signing up, my son was picked up by an agent the following Saturday! Little did I know this was just the beginning and that this was the best decision we ever made! SCSOPA is family to us now. Since our start this year, Dominic has participated in a Macy's & JCPenney's Fashion Show and has appeared in a film called 'Youthquake' where he earned credits and screen time. He did a photo shoot for Little Divas, a multicultural magazine for up-and-coming young stars, and they're doing a full-page story about him. He also got a contract with Mattel to appear in a Jurassic Park themed toy shoot for Amazon, Target and Walmart. So far this has been an amazing journey and we are excited to see what the future holds for Dominic. Thank you SCSOPA for helping make Dominic's dreams come true. We love every single one of you. Dominic's life has been changed forever!"
