Patients develop healthy coping skills and daily habits to prevent relapse - as well as engage in exercise and group activity with amenities such as the volleyball and basketball courts, lap pool and gym. There is also TV/DVR access and Wifi, allowing you to maintain the equilibrium between socializing and taking time to take care of yourself.

Understanding that full recovery includes being able to balance family, work and/or school - and, importantly, self-care - Just 4 Us Girls accommodates guests' schedules so that guests may attend self-help groups, family obligations and go to work while living in the home. Just 4 Us Girls has a welcoming environment with a playground and family pool.

Guests also have the option to attend day treatment or an outpatient program to continue working towards lasting success. Recovery isn't just about beating the addiction - it's also about building relationships, with others and yourself, that will help you feel better, stronger and more prepared to live addiction free. While a guest at Just 4 Us Girls, clients have access to 12-step programs and other continued treatment options, as well as sponsorship available upon request.
