The home's grand entrance is made even more dramatic with the addition of luxuriously-lush garland and a soaring Christmas tree. thousands of icy bulbs sparkle alongside a palette of winter whites and glimmering tones of champagne. A wooden snowflake draws the farmhouse element to the forefront, uniting both glamorous and rustic aesthetics.
The home of Brian and Genessy Safdari, owners of College Planning Experts, is always well appointed - but come Christmas, the farmhouse aesthetic is elevated with the addition of glimmering holiday ornaments, charming adornments, sparkling trees - and garland galore.
"Jeanna Crawford of Jeanna Loves Christmas has been decorating our home since 2012," explains Genessy, "and I just get out of her way and let her do her thing! I come home when she's done and it's always my favorite surprise of the season."
With a dining table that comfortably seats 12, there's always room for guests. "The chandelier is the only bling in the house when it's not Christmas," says the homeowner. "That's another reason why this is such a special time of year!" The hand-carved buffet supports the sweetest of scenes - baby Jesus's first night in the manger. Luxury laminate floors make for low maintenance and easy cleanup after holiday events.
"It's changed a bit each year - and she always adds something different, exciting and special," explains the homeowner.
A petite round conversation table with mini mercury glass tree is the most popular seat in the house all year long. "No detail is left to chance," says the homeowner. "Jeanna Loves Christmas leaves no corner untouched - even our mirror got the JLC treatment!" The kitchen is the heart of this home - and the stark-white elements pair perfectly with the rustic, frosted holiday decor. Flocked finds from a walk in the woods add a charming touch to the top of the Caesarstone island in the farmhouse kitchen.
The open-concept home is spaciously designed for entertaining, encouraging movement between spaces that blend together seamlessly. "Each Christmas, we have at least 80 guests - our house is the gathering place for everyone! We really enjoy the opportunity to share Jeanna's exquisite designs with our family and friends. It's so magical and puts the crowd into an instantly-festive mood. You can't feel 'bah-humbug' in here - it's impossible," explains Genessy.
Twice is nice - bookended frosted trees flank the brick-lined fireplace as embroidered stockings wait to be filled by Saint Nick. "The stockings are a favorite; it's so sweet to see all our names on there. This is where our kids, ages 6 and 7, open their gifts from Santa on Christmas day. It's magical," says the homeowner. A glimmering snowman is surrounded by icy-tipped pinecones and branches.

Sparkling crystal icicles are suspended in time - and in gravity, thanks to clever wiring. Layers of textures, shapes and dimensions create an otherworldly affect when paired with filtered sunlight - almost like the Snow Queen created this bejeweled visual escape.
The home's mudroom was updated for the season with the embroidered pillows boasting snowflake and tree designs. A rustically-wrapped flocked wreath declares, "Baby it's Cold Outside" - making the coordinating throw blankets on the laddered display all the more convenient.
