Blacked-out natural woven Roman shades and white linen window treatments frame the master bedroom. The tufted cream linen bed, leather cross woven bench and family gallery wall with sitting area unite the space's aesthetic.
"When I met with these clients, I instantly was so excited to work with them on their new home," says Melissa Diaz, owner and designer for Stunningly Staged Homes.

"We completely transformed the master bath," says the designer. Using large marble-looking tiles, gold plumbing fixtures and hardware, an expansive free-standing tub, oversized mirrors, beams, shiplap, custom wall details, natural wood Roman shades, linen and more, it's now an elevated boho bath retreat.
"They were so fun to work with and they trusted us to be creative, selecting the perfect materials and furnishings to completely transform their home. That always makes for the best overall design and outcome," explains Diaz.

The office's dark, moody, masculine vibe is set thanks to rich grasscloth wallpaper, a grand executive desk and clocks with times from around the world. "This is my client's 'money making' room - the tone has been set for him to smash his goals," says Diaz.
Diaz and her team incorporated engineered white-oak flooring throughout the Valencia property, as well as natural wood Roman shades layered with natural linen window treatments.

The staircase brings a new, open modern design with wood detailing that adds plenty of interest. The laundry room was given a feminine touch with pink cabinets, gold hardware, black-and-white tiles and beautiful hexagon gold flush-mounted lights. The room was moved from downstairs to upstairs, near all of the bedrooms, to provide a more functional routine for the family.

Amanda and husband Patrick have made Valencia home for their two children, Seamus and Fiona. "I wanted it to be fun and girly," says homeowner Amanda, of her daughter's space. "She is my last baby. I love to sit in there and rock her, watch her play with toys on the floor. We wanted to keep our son's room masculine but still 'little boy-ish.'"
The result is a light, bright, boho space with organic elements that bring the textures of the outdoors comfortably inside.
