"We love doing a two toned kitchen," says Stunningly Staged owner and designer Melissa Diaz. "We created a custom light-wood stain and a soothing deep organic green." The backsplash tile adds a subtle flair without taking away from the other design elements in the kitchen; it reflects beautifully with the sun and natural lighting. The natural stone brings in green and earthy tones to tie it all together.

The hardwood-framed sofa features lampakanay rope trim around the edge, arms and apron - all in an ash-gray finish. Pole rattan-frame chairs in a warm brown finish accent the space.
"We incorporated a neutral paint scheme and custom wood stains on the doors, crown molding and windows for the elevated coastal vibe," says the designer. "Then we layered in color throughout the home with blues and greens in quartzite slabs, tiles, finishes and materials to bring in a refined taste of the tropics."
The billiard room was fashioned as a speakeasy with custom wood staining, gold ceiling tiles and textured wallpaper. The awe-striking sculptural oval chandelier adds to the artistry.
Textures played a meaningful role in the creation of the space. "Luxurious wallpapers are selectively featured throughout the home to add an undeniable texture and depth to several key spaces," explains Diaz.
