The canvas brings a pop of color and modern vibe above the monochromatic console with a textural twist and natural mango frames. The mixed-materials chairs boast a neutral linen-blend seating of high-performance fabric for modern sensibility. The head chairs are brushed ebony nettlewood frames with a textural inlay of natural cane that offers perfect contrast.
"Our clients wanted a Modern California Coastal look and feel," shares Melissa Diaz, owner and designer of Stunningly Staged Homes. "They wanted to create a welcoming, comfortable space as you enter their home with pops of blue tones, light wood tones, greenery and neutrals."

Transitional artwork creates a tranquil backdrop with vivid cobalt blue, white and sand tones. The handwoven oversized basket stores the kids' shoes so the space stays neat and clean.

These accent chairs feature a solid mango-wood frame in a natural finish with light whitewashed details. The seat and back are made with natural woven rattan in neutral beige and light gray tones.
Diaz accomplished all that and more with a casual dining room that feels steps from the beach thanks to its clean, modern look and feel.

"This bathroom lacked storage," explains the designer. "We added upper cabinets, more lower cabinets and laundry-basket cabinets to get laundry baskets off the floor and stored away. In the large lower drawers, we created space for towels and toiletries to free up room in the primary closet. Vanity walls were covered in large oversized velvet porcelain tiles to elongate the space. The ash-gray limestone countertops are easy to clean and stand out perfectly against the cool white paint with a gray undertone."
"Nature is always a glance away," says the designer, in reference to the terracotta planter with a beautiful faux olive tree. "Not all our clients have a green thumb - and that's okay! We have some beautiful faux plants and trees."
