She guides homeowners from bland to beautiful. "Although this room was not terrible when we first started," explains Rollins, "it was very builder grade and original. It lacked warmth, texture and a soul."


"We maximized seating for family and friends to gather when entertaining by creating built-in benches that act as storage flanking the remodeled fireplace," explains the designer.

Now, says the design pro, "with wood beams, a natural stone fireplace and neutral palette, this room will be timeless and beautiful for years to come."


"Mixing leather, warm wood tones, linen fabrics, a wool rug and a stone fireplace can actually all work together when using the right materials," explains Rollins.

That's in great part thanks to the carefully-curated collection of furniture in the space. "Each furniture piece was carefully curated by our very own RRI designers and paired with our newest shop product," explains Rollins. "Imagine cuddling up to watch a movie on this sofa with the entire family - or having a dinner party and your guests are gathering around in this space!"
