"When I met with these clients, I instantly was so excited to work with them on their new Valencia home!" shares Melissa Diaz of Stunningly Staged Homes.

In the living room, shiplap detailing and beams create depth while the addition of custom cabinets and floating shelves provides plenty of space for family photos and storage. The fireplace with marble chevron tile and a bench for the kids brings warmth of every sort to the space, which is child friendly right down to the sectional crafted with performance material.
"They were so fun to work with and they trusted us to be creative and select the perfect materials and furnishings to completely transform their home, which always makes for the best overall design and outcome," explains the award-winning designer.

"In the dining room, we crafted this beautiful ceiling detail to create a current, formal look with layers. This niche was empty and our clients needed storage so we made a custom cabinet with floating shelves and wallpaper to warm the space," explains the designer.

The new open, modern staircase design is illuminated by a beautiful blush-and-gold fringe chandelier. The wood detailing brings plenty of interest. New custom white cabinets with black hardware, shiplap walls, gold flush-mount lighting and plenty of hooks and storage make the mudroom both highly efficient and highly attractive.
Diaz and her team combined beauty with utility, balancing the demands of design with efficiency and comfort in a way that makes living - and working - in this home a joy.

Visitors will never want to leave this well-appointed, cozy guest suite complete with luxe gold fixtures, organic elements and whimsical mirror.
Great focus was placed on how homeowners Amanda and Patrick, as well as their two small children, would be using the space.
