Is Being Pre-approved for a Home Loan Necessary?
On a daily basis, loan officers are contacted by clients who need a pre-approval for residential loan financing. Most of these borrowers are asked by their real estate specialist to reach out to a local lender and obtain a pre-approval letter before the agent is comfortable putting in the time and expense involved in showcasing homes.
