SCV Water's Lawn Replacement Program (LRP) makes saving water simple when you convert your lawn to a water-wise landscape that thrives in Santa Clarita. The LRP gives homeowners, businesses, HOAs and large landscape customers more opportunities to save water and money while creating a beautiful landscape.
Customers interested in the LRP will receive $3 per square foot of (living) grass removed and replaced with water-efficient landscaping. You can also mix, match and stack additional incentives and rebates. Front, side and backyard projects and parkways as small as 100 square feet are eligible.
